To call Harry Reid weak-kneed is an insult to weak knees. He knows darn well that the surge drawdown is already underway (AP has a story on it). So I guess he's going to try to claim that his threat to de-fund the troops actually worked (even though he made it after the fact).
Exactly. The drawdown in troops was already underway so for him to claim that his efforts caused it would be easily debunked.
Reid's "ideas" are so easy to shoot down - like lead pigeons, they barely get off the ground.
